Everything on Kerbsight is for general information. Estimates and adjusted prices are indicative. They are not valuations, and they are not financial, legal, survey or property advice. An estimate cannot know the size, condition or features of a home. Get a professional valuation or advice before you buy, sell, lend or make an offer.
